I've had this laptop for two months now and have had no problems at all. I opted for the true life screen upgrade, which I find ok.

I find it quick enough for my use and not too heavy to carry around. In hindsight I should have upgraded the graphics card and had bluetooth installed, but, that's not a complaint.

I've bought an external soundcard (Argos) and now have 5.1 sound from my Logitech x530 system. I also found Dell very helpful and delivery was quicker than expected after all the scare stories I've read on the net.
Pros: Quick. Rliable.Good screen. Plenty of usb ports (5). Price
Cons: weight.
