Review: Can Toshiba do budget? Can birds fly?

Of course they can, they have been one of the lowest priced manufacturers as verified by Context and GFK for the last few years.

This is a " get what you pay for" machine, but backed up by a decent large and caring manufacturer. The reviewer has the wrong price, this unit is and was available online for around £299 inc vat at one point.
Pros: Its cheap it works, and its Toshiba. Yes they can do Budget, probably because they have been doing budget for over 5 years, just that some people never bothered to find that out!
Cons: It will not do everything a £500 machine will. But will an Aston Martin out perform a Skoda? I think so!
